Friday five: Looking forward
This is a kind of crap set of questions this time, mostly because I try not to expect much. I’m not big on the whole “goal setting” corporate mantra, especially for my personal life. Having goals and “looking forward” to things makes one less flexible, I think. Anyway, with that preamble, here’s this week’s set of questions: **What one thing are you most looking forward to …**
1. …today? Since I literally just got up, I’m looking forward to a shower and blowing my nose. Hm. Just a second. Okay, now I’m just looking forward to the shower.
2. …over the next week? Oddly enough, getting back to work. Not that holidays are boring or anything, there’s just so much to do!
3. …this year? Getting out of debt completely, then getting back into it by buying a new PowerBook.
4. …over the next five years? Ummm… Continuing my fine tradition of not getting hit by trams? More than six months out, things get a bit fuzzy.
5. …for the rest of your life? Eventually, I’d like to retire in Switzerland. I’d support myself making illegal absinthe and legal chocolate.
