Having been privileged enough to eat this man’s food, (twice! Once while he was working with Andrew McConnell at Circa, and once at ), I can wholeheartedly agree. This Shewry guy and the rest of the team at produced a dining experience that was topped only by a similar evening at Circa, several years ago.

The Tuesday night chef’s table is one of the best dining deals in Melbourne: $75/head fills you up with creative, delicious and entertaining food.
