I like Air New Zealand a lot more than Jetstar. I don’t doubt they’re up to some dirty marketing tricks, but knowing Jetstar’s customer-hostile attitude, I’m fairly sure that it’s not *all* marketing by Air NZ. One person’s “dirty tricks” are another person’s “clever marketing”.

And really, what better way to win over customers than having a whinge about a proud nation’s flag carrier? Good one, Jetstar.
