Transport's big problem? No one's in charge
No one is in charge. Whose job is it to make the bus connect to the train in Melbourne? It is kind of everyone’s and therefore nobody’s. We do not have anyone in charge because our transport system is franchised.

And therein lies the problem. As much as I enjoy blaming Kosky, it’s really not her fault. She has the power to change things (and she should), but she didn’t invent the broken system.
