More weasel words than actual announcements

I threw in a picture because I can’t decide which quotes to use as a jump quote here.
How about the extremely literalist interpretation of “on the tracks”? Or “delivered”, even? How about the union boss calling the new trains “incompatible”, and “cheap and nasty … shit”.
How about the opposition leader criticising the current government for carrying out a plan that his party started.
And then there’s the story of a The Age reporter who was directed to call the Myki call centre, by the Myki people at the station. Useful. If they can’t answer questions, why are they standing around?
And there’s a new thing to blame problems on: running Myki and Metcards “in tandem” for “a period of time” causes problems too! Who would have guessed.
All going well, then.
