Is it just me, or does anyone else have an image in their head of a pastry chef, toque askew, flouncing around the kitchen in a whirlwind of invention?

I don’t know if Ian “flounces”, but there is a certain amount of whirlwind invention there.

Coincidentally, we were there for dessert on Sunday night, and we were all blown away by the desserts. Brilliant stuff. Didn’t even look at the mains menu.
