Apple has a funny definition of “available for sale”

It’s now after 10am on launch day of the 30th, and the iPhone 4 is still “coming soon” on Apple’s website.  I had a look at the New Zealand and Canadian stores, and it’s the same story there too. I wonder if they’re going to wait until all countries are in the 30th before updating the stores, rather than doing each country’s store individually.
