Myki pamphlets scrapped, along with City Saver fare
The Brumby government has been forced to junk almost 500,000 pamphlets on how to use the myki card because they are out of date.

Well, no surprise there - just another example of the hideous project management around this thing. Pamphlets printed last year are being scrapped because they’re wrong.
The interesting news in this article is that the City Saver Fare has been scrapped. The City Saver was one of the reasons why we had to spend billions of dollars on a customised system, rather than just get something off the shelf. If memory serves, the other one was the Sunday Saver.
